Are you still operational during COVID-19?

Yes!

At The I Do Club, while we are in the business of creating magical marriage proposals, the safety and health of our couples and staff is our main priority. We are committed to ensuring that all proposals taking place during the COVID-19 era respect the guidelines put forth by the government. 

We are monitoring the situation very closely and will adapt your proposal plan to the current government restrictions, including the number of people present, social distancing and location.

How does your service work, exactly?

We know how busy you are and how difficult it is to keep this a secret, which is why our process is as simple and efficient as possible. Here’s how it works in more details:

  1. You will fill out our online form.
  2. A Proposal Planner will contact you to gather more information and see exactly what you’re envisioning. This is a complimentary consultation!
  3. You will fill out a questionnaire so that we can get to know you and your fiance(e)-to-be.
  4. You will receive custom proposal ideas based on your budget, personalities and specifications.
  5. You can either decide to execute one of the ideas yourself or let us take care of it for you!

Once your partner says yes, you will both be invited to join The I Do Club, an exclusive community with ideas and inspiration on the wedding planning journey you are about to embark upon!

How much does the service cost?

Our Starter package is $300 and our Premium packages starts at $1,000 and goes up, depending on the proposal scenario and how involved you’d like us to be.

What if I don’t like the original proposal idea?

While we are confident that you will be on board with our experts’ ideas, we will be happy to revise them if needed! Our goal is to ensure that this moment is perfect for you and your fiance(e)-to-be.

Can you plan the proposal outside of the Greater Montreal area?

Of course! We are happy to travel wherever you need us to be.

How soon should I contact you to help me plan my proposal?

Most of our clients contact us anywhere from 3-8 months in advance. That said, we are happy to accommodate last minute requests whenever possible! Please note that last minute requests are subject to an additional fee.

What do I do if I don’t have a set date yet?

No set date? No problem! When you submit your initial form, you can simply indicate a date range for now. You will get to discuss this with your dedicated Proposal Planner.

What if I like your idea but would like to execute it on my own?

That’s completely okay! We will simply charge you our Starter package at $300.

How will The I Do Club keep this a secret?

We know how important it is for the plans to remain a secret! We have many tricks to ensure that your fiance(e)-to-be will be kept in the dark. For example, our email subject lines will always be subtle and discrete!

We also take confidentiality and privacy very seriously. All of our employees have signed our “Discretion Act” and we are always happy to sign some extra documents if needed from your end.

I would like to include other people in my proposal, is that possible?

Of course! Please be sure to mention this to your Proposal Planner during your initial discussion.

I would like to include an animal in my proposal, is that possible?

Of course! We know how special your pets are to you and love that you’d like to include them in this big surprise! We will do our best to have them coo-paw-rate.
